1- Terms of Use

  • All content of the site, including images, texts, designs and products, belongs to Diyarie and any copying or use without permission is subject to legal prosecution.
  • Users are required to enter their information accurately and completely and refrain from providing false information.

2- Order registration and purchase

  • Purchases from the Diyarie site are made with full acceptance of the terms of sale.
  • All products are carefully checked and quality guaranteed by our experts before shipping.
  • Diyarie tries to ship orders as quickly as possible and with appropriate packaging, but delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, in which case the customer will be notified via SMS or email.
  • All prices are in euros and include legal taxes, except in special cases that have been announced.

3- Payment and Security

  • Payments are made through secure banking portals and Diyarie does not have any access to users’ bank card information.

4- Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are sent to the address registered in the customer’s profile.
  • In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

5- Return and Exchange of Goods

  • Diyarie is fully confident in the quality of its products and in the event of any defect or discrepancy with the order, the customer can return or exchange the goods within 7 days.
  • The goods must be returned to Diyarie without any damage and in the original packaging.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Diyarie proves the product is defective.

6- Support and After-Sales Service

  • Diyarie’s support team is ready to answer customers’ questions and problems via phone call, email and online chat.
  • After-sales service includes guidance on use, repairs, and instrument adjustments.
